At Waizowl Gear, we are committed to providing a seamless international shopping experience. Our logistics framework, powered by Shopify, is designed to ensure your professional gear reaches you efficiently and securely.

Global Logistics & Processing

· Dispatch Location: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary facility in China.

· Standard Processing: We aim to process confirmed orders within 2–3 business days.

· Pre-order Fulfillment: If your order contains a pre-ordered item, the entire shipment will be dispatched once all products are in stock to ensure a singular delivery.

· Shipping Notifications: You will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking information once your package has been handed over to our carriers.

Shipping Carriers & Timelines

We partner with leading global logistics providers to ensure the best available routing at the time of fulfillment.

· Estimated Delivery: Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days.

· Preferred Carriers: Depending on your region, your order may be handled by different couriers

· Remote Areas: Delivery to non-continental U.S. islands or designated rural areas may require several additional business days.

· Potential Delays: While we strive for punctuality, delivery windows may be extended due to customs inspections, flight delays, or other force majeure factors.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

· Import Charges: Please note that all international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT). These fees are not covered by Waizowl Gear and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

· Clearance Cooperation: If local customs authorities contact you to assist with the clearance process or require additional documentation, you are required to comply promptly.

· Non-Compliance Liability: If a package is lost, destroyed, or returned due to a customer's failure to assist with customs clearance or refusal to pay import taxes, Waizowl Gear does not take responsibility and will not provide a refund or replacement.

Coverage & Limitations

· Worldwide Shipping: We offer comprehensive shipping to most international destinations.

· Restricted Zones: We currently cannot ship to U.S. Military zones (APO, FPO, AP, AA) or certain PO Box addresses due to carrier restrictions.

· Split Shipments: To protect your items or meet weight requirements, larger orders may be divided into multiple packages. Each package will be assigned a unique tracking number for your convenience.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

To maintain our fast dispatch standards, the window for modifying an order is extremely limited.

· Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be revoked.

· Address Changes: For security and fraud prevention, we do not accept modifications to the delivery address once a package is in transit.

Security & Risk

· Transit Liability: While we utilize professional-grade packaging, please note that no international transit is entirely without risk, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security".

· Fraud Prevention: We use transaction information to authenticate accounts and provide a secure shopping experience.
