Return Conditions & Restrictions

· Quality Control (QC) Requirement: We only accept return or refund requests for products with verified manufacturing defects or Quality Control (QC) issues.

· No Unconditional Returns: To maintain the integrity of our specialized gear and international logistics, we do not accept unconditional returns for non-quality reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons such as "I don't like it," "changed my mind," or "it doesn't suit my hand."

· Eligibility Window: Any QC-related return requests must be initiated within the warranty period.

Refund & Exchange Process

· Initial Inquiry: If you encounter a verified QC issue, please contact our support team with a detailed description and supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).

· Verification: We will use your transaction details and device information to authenticate the purchase and evaluate the reported defect.

· Resolution: Once a QC issue is confirmed, we will process a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate to restore your service experience.

Shipping & Liability for Returns

· Return Authorization: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our support team.

· Shipping Costs: For authorized returns due to QC issues, our team will provide specific instructions regarding shipping arrangements.

· Risk of Loss: Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at our facility. We recommend using secure, tracked shipping methods, as we cannot guarantee the security of items in transit.

Order Cancellations

· Pre-shipment: Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.

· Post-shipment: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is generated, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified for non-QC reasons.
